All sales are final. We make every outfit to order specifically for you. Because our items are custom, we don't offer refunds or accept returns if you change your mind about a purchase.

We take our product quality seriously. If your order arrives with a defect or a mistake, please reach out to us. We'll review the issue and replace the item if it falls short of our standards.

Did we deliver the incorrect size? We'll gladly exchange it for the right one. You just need to notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery to request a size exchange.
