Processing and Delivery Times

Processing Time
: We process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days. We ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Areas: We proudly offer free delivery all over the USA.

Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 12-15 Bussiness days. The maximum delivery time can take up to 20 business days.

Note: Shipping times do not include potential customs or clearance delays.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking Information: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please note that tracking is occasionally unavailable for certain free shipping routes.

Pending Tracking Updates: It can take 1 to 5 business days for tracking information to update in the courier's system. If you placed your order more than 5 business days ago and your tracking is still empty, please contact us.

Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, we sometimes ship items from the same order in separate packages. This ensures your items get to you as fast as possible, even if you requested combined shipping.

Damaged or Tampered Packages
We want you to receive your items in perfect condition.

If a package looks damaged or tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept it from the courier.

Contact us immediately with your Order ID.

We will personally make sure a brand new replacement is sent to you at no extra cost.

Please keep the original product tags and packaging intact if you need to return an item to us.
